Hi Pat,
My name is Jim Klement and I was a pilot at Kodiak Airways in the 1960 and 70 and I flew Duncan and Al Schafer a lot when they were with Afognak Timber then. And I also flew Duncan up to Afognak when he shot that prize Bear. I would like to hear from you if it is possible and perhaps we could talk about the good old days from Kodiak some. I live in Vancouver,BC now. So sorry to hear about Duncan’s early passing. Take care.
Jim Klement.

My father turned me on to these books some time ago. I have really enjoyed them. I remember see my father read these books in preparation for his first big horn sheep hunt. I was fortunate to draw a tag the following year as well. I hope that these books get put into a pdf form as that it would be a shame for the knowledge that Duncan had put down to be lost and not shared.
